Little Squares with Colors is a memoir about the journey one family has taken so far with their seven year old son Noah. The stories included are painted with themes of tolerance, perseverance, love, and the importance of thinking outside-the-box. The authors beliefs about believing in yourself, your intuitions and following your gut are showcased within the strategies that were implemented, what worked, what didn’t and why. As well as the importance of rest, support and being able to manage stress for everyone involved.
Little Squares with Colors shows us another view on Autism and the spectrum it covers, but it mostly teaches us why the judgments others make really teaches you more about them, rather than their judgments. As well as what you learn about yourself from your own judgments.
